  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

Buyback & Refurbishment Program:

Mai-T is committed to the entire lifecycle of our products. We are pleased to offer a buyback or refurbishment service for any product you purchase from us for a period of 10 years from the date of sale. If you wish to return your product under this program, please contact us for an evaluation and quote.
